CORETEL HONORS MILITARY AND THEIR FAMILIES AT "OPERATION SALUTE"
Communications Firm Sponsors Tribute to Pennsylvania Army and Air National Guard

(ANNAPOLIS, MD - Sept. 5, 2006) - CoreTel, a Mid-Atlantic Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), is proud to announce that it is a sponsor of "Operation Salute," a tribute to Pennsylvania's National Guard and their families, on September, 10, 2006 at the Bryce Jordan Center at Penn State University.

More than 15,000 Pennsylvania soldiers and airmen, and their families, will gather at this event to honor their service to our country. Other guests of honor include Governor Ed Rendell, members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, Major General Jessica Wright, the Adjutant General of Pennsylvania, and senior leaders of the National Guard.

Since September 11, 2001, over 11,000 Pennsylvania National Guard members have deployed in response to the Global War on terrorism. Over 2,500 Pennsylvania soldiers and airmen deployed to Louisiana and Mississippi in response to Hurricane Katrina.
